I'm not a builder but given u reality check . Iron , granite and cement hv captured the better part of ur money. Start with what u hv , u will see it along the line what ur cost is. My budget was lesser until i started then i saw with my eyes where my funds is going into even though i still hv few material left .

Depending on the foundation design, depth and topography of the land. Assuming is normal foundation - roughly 2.3m thereabouts, Raft 3.5m also.

This is just a rough estimate. The design would determine where blocks go or Raft beams are going to pass. So one can't be specific until the design or plan is seen.
