Job Summary:

A new multinational company producing and selling high quality Home and Professional appliances in Nigeria urgently needs to fill a vacant position for “Interior Architect”. The job requires delivery of creative interior designs majorly kitchen designs for clients; taking measurements of client's spaces, and supervision of kitchen and other interior construction. The role entails full integration of the company’s home/professional appliances with the client’s available building space.
The candidate would be responsible for designing kitchen on site and selling appliances.

Job Responsibilities
· Develops and prepares competitive Architectural Design (Concept, Development Stage and Detailed) by applying design expertise for various prospective and existing clients.
· understanding individual clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
· Carrying out research, to make sure that plans are technically feasible.
· Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
· Identifying new business and selling services to potential clients
· Inspecting and surveying buildings.
· Setting schedules for the project
· Selling and marketing of Kitchen appliances and accessories. The candidate is a designer first and Sales person second.

Job requirement:
1. HND/ B.Sc./ M.Sc./B.Arch./ in Architecture or Interior Design from an Accredited institution.
2. Minimum of 2-4years experience
3. Passion for interior Architecture
4. Excellent creativity and imagination
5. Ability to Design and interpret concept to clients
6. Good drawing and IT skills
7. Good selling /marketing skills
8. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and Revit Architecture.
