Job Summary: Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect;
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
• Preparing reports as required;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Requirements:
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and skills in database management and record keeping
• Ability to handle and organize required labour force
• Ability to solve problem and make appropriate decision



Experience:
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of related Building construction experience


Educational Qualifications:
• Minimum of B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering
• M.Sc./MBA will be an added advantage

Job Summary:

The job requires delivery of creative interior designs for clients; taking measurements of client's spaces, and supervision of interior construction. The role entails full integration of the company’s home/professional appliances with the client’s available building space.

Job Responsibility:

· Develop and prepare competitive Architectural Design (Concept, Development Stage and Detailed) by applying design expertise for various prospective and existing clients.
· understand individual clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
· Carry out research, to make sure that plans are technically feasible.
· Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
· Identify new business and selling services to potential clients
· Inspect and survey buildings.
· Settle schedules for the project

Job requirement:
1. Minimum qualification of HND Architecture from an Accredited institution.
2. Minimum of 2-4years experience
