Good development, but I think the most important thing to do is to initiate policies that can totally discourage our frustrated youths on substance abuse. Denying them admission would only worsen this menance. The two major factors contributing to substance abuse is illiteracy and poverty , which most of these youths are victims.Peer pressure and societal decay can not be ruled out though.
The FG and state governors are not encouraging Nigerian youths.
