The sections between Ilesha and Ife towards Oshogbo needs complete re-tarring. I doubt N15 billion can even fix that section.

Ilesha to Akure is relatively OK, just needs minor patching.

Akure to Owo needs more patching.

I haven't travelled Owo - Benin for several years, but it used to be horrible after Ifon.

Hopefully N15 billion is just a start and more money will be allocated in future budgets.

The project is in sections. Check the write up very well, there's another 8 or 9 billion allocated for another section of it.
