If what you have with you is the student's copy, don't bother wasting your money and time to Abuja. They won't attend to you. Make a request for your transcript from your school and let them address it to the Federal Ministry of Education, Abuja. Most schools don't give it to students but they will post it to any address you supply to them after you must have paid the necessary charges though. When it arrives, you can then proceed to the ministry with the rest of your documents to initiate the process.

Am already in UAE and I was told I need to get my certificate attested in Nigeria before I can get teaching job.Please help me list out all the certificate that needs to be attested,the process and the money involved.

Teaching jobs in the UAE mostly require that you attest your O'level and Degree or any higher certificate you may have. In addition, i will advise you to also attest a Reference Letter from your past employer in Nigeria here because most of the schools do ask for it.
