I'm observing something for the moment. I can tell you that there is hardly any anti-fungi or bacteria creams or oral drugs that can effectively heal this even with doctor's prescription. For a similar thing, I'm trying to see a specialist Doctor on it but been given 3 months before I can see one.

No, i don't feel damp, it doesn't affect me in anyway, just that it is an eyesore.
