It’s mostly UK , Canada but a chance of US

Hello All,

I need your help. I am now looking to understand more about how to succeed in career for people who migrate abroad ( UK, Canada and maybe US)

For those of you who have moved abroad to any of these countries or know people who moved, what are the biggest challenges people who have jakpa face in the world western workplace.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Ending it all can sometime feel like the only way out. I would recommend the following
- Remember all careers go through hard times. It’s made up of ups and downs - this is a down for you but without a down you can’t appreciate an up
- start getting active - do things to improve your mental health including exercise but also make refreshing your CV and applying for jobs -
- use refreshing your CV as an opportunity to remind yourself of how good you are and your achievements

I can go on but you the big thing is , this is not the end but just another chapter in your life. As long as you are alive, you have hope and can start another chapter in your life
