I wish to point out here that I am not a v and I did not ask if she was a v or not before she start saying all those. I made her to understand that I was not looking for a v but a good lady that could partner with me, she still insisted she was a v using God in her false claim.

My major fear is that could there be other issues that she could be covering up ie health status etc bc since I discovered the lie about her acclaimed virginity, I have greatly doubted almost every other things she tells me, even when she says she is broke.

Another fear is that if she can use God in claiming what she knows is not true, what credibility would her words ever have again?

I maintain that she has always behaved well aside my doubts. Her parents so much trust her and attest that she is well behaved.

Im 31 and I ve dated a lady 23 for 1.5 years. All the while she claimed she was a virgin and she did everything to make me believe her. She even told me that the vow she made to God was that she would not allow any man has access to her untill she get married. Difficult though but I coped with her for this long majorly because she has proven to be a good lady, willing to marry and have a stable home.

After much negotiation, I was able to convince her to go to bed with me. One of the resons why she agreed was that I ve seen her parents and my Dad has also seen her parents. I went to bed with her only to discover that she is not a avirgin that she has been claiming. She tried to convince me that she is truely a virgin, but Im too experienced to be so cheaply deceived. I proved she is lying and she become sober claiming she was raped some years back.

My concern is not her virginity but honesty especially that we were planning on long term relationship.

Guy it has happened. We all fall prey to sin in one way or the other. To me, fasting is not the main problem but having sex with one that is not your wife or that you may have no intention to mary. Please give her up totally and surrender to Jesus. He alone can forgive. I agree with Dovent and in addition, you can make it a duty to free your self physically by urinating regularly over night. Make conscious effort to rise from your bed to urinate even when you don't seem to feel like. Pray along and God will help you. The truth is that almost every one has has been in one form of mysterious challenge or the other and those that over come combine prayer and physical effort. You may equally contact your parents or elderly people close to you as there may be traditional solution to it. Take it or leave, THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITHOUT SOLUTION,
