TravelBiggest Relocation Mistake Nigerians Keep Making (and It’s Costing Them Years) by uplawan(op): 11:42pm On Jun 04
I've noticed something interesting.

Most Nigerians who want to relocate don't actually have an information problem.

They have a pathway problem.

For example:

Someone wants to move to Canada.

Instead of understanding all the available pathways, they spend 8 months searching for sponsorship jobs.

Another person wants to move to the UK.

Instead of researching the Skilled Worker route properly, they spend months talking to agents and paying consultation fees.

Someone else wants to study in Germany.

But they start applying for scholarships before even understanding admission requirements.

The result?

Months wasted.
Money wasted.
Motivation lost.

One thing I've learned is that relocation is usually not about finding an opportunity first.

It's about understanding the available pathways first.

Once you know the pathways:

You know which country fits your situation.
You know the documents required.
You know the costs involved.
You know what opportunities are realistic.

Most people do the opposite.

They chase opportunities first and try to figure out the process later.

That is where many people get stuck.

For those currently planning to relocate:

Which country are you considering, and what is the biggest obstacle standing in your way right now?

Mine would probably be information overload. There is simply too much conflicting information online.
