I'm a 28 year old Systems Analyst based in Kano-Nigeria. I need a deaf/dumb but mature lady for a serious relationship. Friends discourages the idea but I want to really share my voice with a true friend. What do you advice?

Meanwhile, she should not be more than three years above/below mine. Religion, etnicity, nationality/tribe etc do not matter, though I am a Catholic, Igbo, Nigerian. Do you have any such around?
