There shouldn't be any issues with the new buyer, once you show your rent receipt, you are covered by law to stay the remainder of your rent.

Plenty times. Once you get married, make accommodations and concessions, the marriage go last. Some foods i have stopped eating because my wife does not like it. I have been married for 25 years and i still dey study her matter. Times change and people do too.
