I used to have soft spot for Kenya, until Kenya boys here began to whin their wild mouth, and I gave it back to them. But with this kind of post. It looks like I should begin to revive my love for Kenya. After all their president is my inlaw. I have visited Nairobi twice and still love to visit again.

Not to bash Ghana:
Nigeria is 8 times Ghana GDP.
Nigeria is a Tech giant in WA.
Nigeria is an entertainment giant in WA.
Nigeria is infrastructurally way more advanced than Ghana.
Nigeria has a more dominant formal sector than Ghana.
Nigeria is the manufacturing hub in WA.
Nigeria is wealthier than Ghana.
Nigeria is better than Ghana in nearly everything, save electricity access rate and small country's areas of achievement:QOL, HDI.
Etc.

Kenya is doing better than Nigeria in some of those, some slightly behind.

Negativities -- OFC Nigeria will win. But that is not to say Ghana is heaven on earth. Ghana is just a baby zoo -- a duplicate of Nigeria but now without the aforementioned// dominance and success; More or less a backward Nation struggling to make baby moves.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on PPP, Mr Ope George, while briefing newsmen in Ikeja, stated that the three bidders shortlisted for the Request For Proposal, RFP Stage II are: Mota-Engil (Nigeria and Africa) CCCC and CRBC consort; CGGC-CGC Joint Venture and CCECC and CRCCIG Consortium.

We've been awarded a contract to provide main front-end engineering design (FEED Phase II) services for the Nigeria-Morocco Gas Pipeline (NMGP) project. The engineering study is progressing in accordance with the initial project planning.

When completed, the over 7,000 km long gas pipeline, being promoted by Office National des Hydrocarbures et des Mines (ONHYM) of Morocco and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) of Nigeria, will link Nigeria with Morocco, cross 11 west African countries and extend to Europe. It will be the longest offshore pipeline in the world and the second longest pipeline overall.
The NMGP pipeline is expected to traverse 13 countries, and will help to boost local industries and economies by delivering a reliable and sustainable energy source. It will also support industrial development and create employment opportunities.

$5bn NLNG Train 7 Project Now at 30% Completion

In May 2020, Daewoo Engineering & Construction Nigeria Limited was awarded the NLNG Train 7 project contract as a Joint Venture (SCD JV) by Nigerian Liquified Natural Gas (NLNG).

Project Scope:

The Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) works for one complete LNG train and one additional liquefaction unit with a total capacity of eight ( MTPA, plus other extensive associated utilities and infrastructures at Bonny Terminal, Bonny Island, Rivers State.

Food for thought! imagine in my own community, how people envy others. I can recall, during Obasanjo regime, how many igbo senate presidents there were. Everybody wants it for himself. I think biafra may need a mixture of maybe akwaibom or cross river, or both to strike a check and balance. All igbo biafra may have supremacy problems. the said biafra should be devoid of rivers and bayelsa and to some extent delta. Those may constitute serious problems. Lets hope Nigeria moves forward.

Who are the bridge builders in the present day Nigeria? The older generation of bridge builders who have friends across the Niger are gradually fading out. The present generation of youths especially those from the north are isolated from the southern counterpart based on religion and ethnic sentiment. The Nigeria is badly demarcated that, once the present crop of men who still have southern friends are no more, the youth from the north and south prrsently are not compactible. This is based on their perception of each other anand vibes from the social media. No thanks to religious and ethinic leaders. The center may not hold

Oga shma let me educate you a little. You see that eko atlantic, work is going on steady, if it is not land reclaimation, it is building road and other infrastructure. The developers are making good busines, there own is to reclaim and put infrastructure and sell. It is nearly sold out. They wont tell you when to build. Even USA has bought a portion. They have not built yet.eko cant be like ghost tiwns you have in china. You build and nobody occupies. No you buy land and build what you want.
