Minato's suspicions were confirmed when Obito called him sensei.
I remember saying something a few pages back about Minato vs Obito fight. If Minato is/was a sensor, he would have known it was Obito he was fighting against...but if Obito gave himself over completely to Obito, then we'd be humming a different tune.

Feraz: Yondaime figured it out like v3 said but he just didn't want to believe it so when Obito called him sensei, he now confirmed his suspicions. The flashbacks were actually Minato's.

Kushina - Chakra chains
Tobirama - User of all known water jutsus. I'd love to see him "fight".
Tobi - Kamui
Shisui - Koto something something jutsu.
Sai - Pencil art jutsu
Kakashi - Dog summon, Raikiri*
Itachi - Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu

tayoccu: @ those using Obito's comment to prove itachi transfered his ocular jutsus to sasgay, it seems you've forgotten that villans in narutoverse lie (or should I say tell versions of the truth as percieved by them) a lot.
There are 3 jutsu's that all mangekyou users wield, amataretsu, tsukyomi, and susanoo, kishi got these names and their features from japanese mythology, those 3 are "lesser gods" born of izanami and izanagi (rings a bell?).
The fact that other mangekyou users we've seen haven't used all 3 doesn't mean they don't have it, it just implies that its possible they "suck" @ using it.

Both Obito/Kakashi have the MS but haven't been shown using Susaano, Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi.

It's no rocket science that both pairs of sharingan eyes have different jutsus. If not, why can't both eyes shoot amaterasu flames instead of one? One shoots, the other manipulates.

Hashi was able to tell that Orochimaru has senju parts in him without breaking a sweat and they (Hashi and Minato) are both Hokages, forget strength levels. Hashi's sensing abilities suck compared to Tobirama but it didn't take him time to figure it out.

My guess is; Obito gave himself over "completely" to Zetsu and i think Zetsu cannot be sensed by even the best sensory type ninjas.
