I updated my phone via factory wireless update software after ignoring the update several time. My phone stop booting after the useless update. I wonder what could be wrong with Tecno, is that the update is not compatible with my phone or perhaps they didnt test the update before rolling it out.

Please i need help!!! My D7CPRO stopped at Experience Smartlife Now.

Hello house please I need help with my Alcatel one touch J636D+

The service keeps going off and most times I don't have network on it. I want to know if their is a way to fix it. Am pretty good with phones so if its something that can be done then I'd like to know how.

might be an hardware/cabe issue
if you can open the phone "not saying you should" "as not a professional" there should be a black cable that connects one part of the board to another ...... it might be broken(cut) removed or making partial contact ...... "not sure for every phone" but if its the other board issues just take it to the company...

there is a particular mailware app you installed.....e.g apps installed from the mobogenie market also blackmarket app ..... some apps installed from the internet can force install this malware apps as system apps causing them to reinstall after formating .........
to reslove try this method
1. know the name of the apps
2. install ex file explorer (or any root explorer ) you'll need to root your phone
3. get root permission....
4. go to root explorer .......
ill post the remaining

yeah that acer phone might not be a mtp/mtk device so it dosen't support app root method....... try using a pc and one click root or any other pc root app......... hope that helps
