joanana: As long as it is provided in the act the employee has a right to request transfer and the PFA should do it else he will sue. Except they are doing it on purpose cos they dont want to loose a customer.... thats total crap!!!!!

Gone are the days when Nigerians are intimidated at will. If the said current PFA declines a request for an account transfer (to another PFA), then going to court will be the best bet.

Afam4eva: I can't remember ever saying that Carlos was not an investor because he's into oil business. As long you put money into a business, you're an investor but some people are investors by job description. Warren Buffet has an investment company that's known the world over and he has shares in a lot of fortune 500 companies. The same thing cannot be said of Carlos slim. We're judging them based on their investment abilities and not their ability to make money.
