By God's grace it will be out. Once it is online, and he pass, they can verify the result online at the embassy. Additionally, if it will be possible for your brother, let him register for both WAEC and NECO GCE. Let him not put his egg in one basket, just incase something happened . Good luck

Thanks for your contribution Gbenga. My brother, if you really want to proceed with the visa application , rush now and go and register for any available GCE exams, be it NECO or WAEC. Furthermore, put it in prayer and I assure you that God will see you though. If you have any concern , do not hesitate to share it here.

Marvis, I will advice your brother to quickly go and register for WAEC /NECO GCE .5 credict is very important although, he can also use his work experience if he prepares it very well. However, the best way is to have at least 5 credit in one seating including English lang and Maths. This is a very big opportunity. Don't blow is away. Have any concern on , get back to me.

I have known him even before I left for the UNITED STATES. God willing, he will be visiting US soon and I will love to see him once more.
