I had this same problem last month and got it resolved. I sent mail to firstcontact, complaints departmemt of firstbank and copied CBN with attached CBN Revised guide to bank charges of 2013 circular. Firstbank apologized and refunded the supposed monthly fee which constitute wrongful deduction. My account is savings. 1 Like |
