Hi. Blackberry Version of Whatsapp stopped working on my Q10 since January as against the said June and I have since downloaded the Android Version and can't send files with it even till date.

Dial *777# and follow the instructions to subscribe to a monthly BlackBerry plan.

If it's BlackBerry plan you subs to, it's still send status or Stat to 777 or Info to 127..

You can also use apn as 'gloflat' with username and password as 'flat'

Good evening. My sis blackberry 9800 only works with Airtel sim cards but when other sim cards are inserted it will say "Insert sim card" what could be the problem because before now she can use different sim cards but not anymore only Airtel. The phone is already unlocked. Please help. Thanks

Go to Network and Connections, then to mobile settings, you'll see apn button below, click on it and delete the apn you see there, then type in " blackberry.net" and save. That's how you do it manually. Restart your phone and hopefully it comes back.
It's also network problems from glo.

It keeps telling me ''unable to establish a wireless data connection with current internet APN. APN activation failure. Please reset the APN'' I have called glo cc but not reachable, please what do i do? Anyone knows how i can manually reset the APN? Thanks in advance.
