I have been experiencing difficulties while trying to schedule an appointment on avits. I paid the mrv fee with first bank and i'm currently in the pre-approval stage. Is there anything that can be done to expedite this as i'm to resume in january.

Also attach proof of payment. I've been sending this email for over 2 weeks and no response until someone told me to resend and attach proof of payment yesterday. It was approved in less than 2hrs

My Pre-approval request was approved yesterday and i didnt know because they didnt send eny email.
I also noticed it was approved an hour after i sent that email using the format that was dropped earlier.

Same issue here. I paid with a usd card 2 months ago, till today they're claiming they cant see it.
I paid again 2 weeks ago with first bank and it was approved immediately

My friend paid her US Visa fee via credit card for over 2 months now and it has not reflected, she has reached out to the embassy and they said they can't see anything.

How does she navigate this please.

Please, is there anyone that chose Lagos on the Ds 160 form and still on "preapproval request being processed" and for those that got their approval, please how long did it take? I've being on preapproval request being processed for like 3 weeks now. Your response will be appreciated.

I honestly think you should wait a bit
I'm also stuck on pre-approval (for a while now) and my resumption is 13th of january too.
Once you pass pre-approval, you can always get emergency date. Fingers crossed.

I need your advice regarding a deferral request and my visa process. My visa appointment has been planning on Preapproval request is being processed. for a month now, and my school is resuming on January 13. I’m planning to request a deferral to a later semester.

However, I’ve already uploaded my current I-20 to the visa portal, but I haven’t booked an appointment yet. Should I restart the visa application process by uploading the new I-20 when it’s issued? Also, could you guide me on the steps to successfully request the deferral from the school

Please does anyone know if its possible to fast track pre-approval request? Like sending an email or something. I've tried filling the form posted earlier but nothing and i've been on this stage for a while

No, i paid with a dollar card over a month ago and till today, they havent been able to confirm my payment.
Everytime i call, stories. The money is stuck somewhere.
On monday, i paid again using first bank and it was confirmed the following day. Now waiting for pre approval request. You cant dodge that.

I could not log in, I sat by my laptop from 10am till 2pm, I kept refreshing, but nothing. I could not log in, I called dragnet, they said they were working on it from their end that I should keep trying. I pray they reschedule, its so sad.

Unfortunately, they may not be rescheduling. Something similar happened to me earlier this year and i never got a second opportunity to do the exam

Please I want to know, if experienced professionals like communication coordinator (10yrs)& senior security information specialist (10yrs)right aptitude test e.g Logical reasoning, Mathis & English or "Job Skill Test"- experience on the job test?

Personally, i think the dragnet aptitude tests (maths, english and abstract) are for interns, trainees, entry level/junior and mid senior roles. I dont know if senior or highly experienced professionals also write that dragnet exam or just move straight into interview

Cos the email I got, made mention of using a laptop with an activated windows.

Yes, i used my laptop. I think why it indicates that is because of the talview and secure browser app. So that you'll be able to get the latest version.

Those that have written, how was the exam for you? Also, can someone send the whatsapp group link again? I tried the other one and it didnt work.

Hello, good afternoon.

I paid for my MRV a week ago via card and its still on "pending application".
I raised a ticket since then and the status is showing as "on hold".
Someone else that i know, hers says "in progress" or "resolved". But mine saying "on hold" sounds like its suspended or am i overthinking it.

Has anyone else experienced this please. Thank you.
