Bro salary package defers.. What a level 9 State counsel gets in salary and Allowance is not the same as what a Level 9 HR gets.. Level 9 basic salary for others is in the region of 65to 75plus whatever allowances that follows.

I believe self respect includes you respecting other people's view on issues but such issues must conform with public Norms.. I will never come here to deceive my fellow youths who aspire for greater good in life.. Whatever I say here can only be the truth and nothing else and such as always been confirmed correctly.. Your contacts is diff from my contact but the diff is my own contact is actually the one your names are with from day one, even if your contact what to help you, your contact must call him to help out , if ur dad is the chairman of a local government, the chairman cannot sideline him and get you to his office.. And by the grace of God if he sees my missed calls, he must call back immediately because he knows who I work for .. I only want to enter into the system now as I already work for government. Someone said earlier that why was I quiet all this months, its inky because Information was scarce as at then and I only started commenting when I see how my friends were been mislead all because they want to be informed.

Having said that, Government job is not an hotel job, you get appointment letter, you are to resume immediately at wherever you are stated to resume with the breakdown of you salaries and allowances. So saying April is mischievous and lack of respect to people who crave this Job..intact before I started this post now, I had to call again to be sure also. I said earlier it is likely by Monday we start hearing some people are called to show up for their letters God willing.. And I also said those asked to come and resubmit their documents are those who are already sure of employment because they won't review a file is not to be sure the person employed files are updated .

I won't say what am never sure of.

Those who were called are those whose name is on the shortlisted names.. They are confirmed employee of Lagos state.. So they checked their files and those whose files are not completed during interview were asked to bring photocopies to update their files. God willing by Monday some people should be contacted to receive their letters.

The processing of the Appointment letter is still on.. It is very very likely we get it before the earlier said first week in Feb probably next week.

Haba! Lolzzzz. The letters will be ready by 22nd God willing. Just the collection in February. one thing we should note is that appointment letter from state government takes effect immediately it is handed over to the employee. So what the state is trying to do is to make sure all employed candidate gets the appointment letters at the same time. Aside this is the issue if Jan salaries.. This month is in half already, if am the Gov of the state I won't do it also because I can't pay full salary to half month work with tax payer's money.. Its simple logic.

UPDATE: Another 60 names came in from the Governor today again..appointment letter to be collected first week in FEBRUARY. GOODNIGHT.

I ALREADY FORSEE THIS AS THIS MONTH IS ALREADY IN HALF AND NO GOVERNMENT WANT TO GIVE FREE MONEY TO HUNDREDS OF NEW EMPLOYEE.

Reshuffling cabinet is a perquisites of the Governor.. And since there is no Commissioner for Local Government service commission.. Then nothing to worry about my people.

No way bro.. They are not connected with either State service commission or Local Govt service Commission.. The Governor is the head of Both bodies . only change of Government can affect our employment status which I don't see happening.

They are still typing letters while some section are handling the interview for Friday.. But surely the man power would have reduced.

Lolzz.. Bro thanks abunch.. It was a mess. Hahahahahahh. First I wasn't that much hoping because I really want this Local Govt job as a lawyer, its a great stepping stone as a Legal of a Local govt to relevant in a political arena.. So I gave them not much relevance. I was really hoping the appointment letter would come bfor the interview as it would have help as a state lawyer. Would retry when I spent few months in this Job God willing.

In my personal opinion I don't think the new list will antagonise the previous selection ....it'll just be added to it ....but lagos state government ...man know man too much shaaa....at least there should be slot for merit too .....God dey shaa ....

Why do you think there are so many incompetent staffs in Civil service? Its because it is base on political affiliations.. Election is coming soon, Merit won't be the one to campaign but People who never expected to get a job will..

As it stands Thursday is the agreed date from the commission.

i just got a massage from them to come for test and interview on friday. in which i have written the exam and interview before in november 15 2017 at old secretariat

This is what happened when u give too many people your details to help.. Someone has resubmitted your name again.. So go there tomorrow and inform them you have done the interview.. U can use the opportunity to help someone and replace your name if u van know your God father that resubmitted your name. As for those who doubted my Friday interview, this is an evidence that I am actually right. Thank you

take it easy, I mean no harm, just that we'v been shearing everytin on dis forum to carry others along moreover u did not answer my last question if not fully submitted d credentials will it affect ,some1 ask me since I don't know I decided to push it here and I know so many ppl suffer same fate, we never can tell who is who here so am not looking down on anybody
