If a link of repayment is provided in the mail sent to you , all you have to do is make the payment then forward the receipt with a letter of apology to the department handling debt to the crown fees, saying the payment was made on your behalf by a third party which you weren’t aware of the charge back and you sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. By doing this , the would acknowledge the payment and clear the debt on your application. Good luck😊

Hi everyone, I tried raising a webform to Nairobi concerning my application , but got a response from them that my application is not processed in their office.

Does that mean it’s been processed in other IRCC office in Nigeria?

Would appreciate a response.
