That's a nice CGPA, GRE is an aptitude test used by schools in evaluating prospective applicants like you. The exam doesn't involve anything too hard, just basic maths, comprehension, writing, and grammar. adequate preparation is key. Note that you would need to evaluate your transcript, since american schools would find it hard to merge your HND and OND

1. You cannot skip the X-ray. It's an important components of the test.
2. I can't really get the question but i presume you were issued a certificate/ statement of result on or after you graduated. Hope that is not what you've misplaced?
