@boygeorge, @8wks 100 pullets cannot consume 12 bags of feed but 7bags. And you don't expect the birds to consume same quantity of feed @ 0-4wk and 5-8wk. They are growing so the quantity will increase @ every week. So the profit margin should increase a bit. Also layers have their laying curve pattern. And atimes under proper management, they attain around 91% peak production at about 32nd or 33rd week of their life or thereabouts depending when they start dropping atleast @ average of 20th or 21st week onset of laying. So production is never stable. And for the first 4-5weeks of production, production is low coz they are just starting but increasing every week until they attain their peak. So you should average the egg production throughout their laying around 80%. So from here depending on the egg selling price in your locality and the price of feed couple with other logistics, you will have an idea of your daily and monthly income from sales of egg.
