The child was brought to the hospital on Sunday night by the mother and the doctor advised that the child should be admitted but the mother REFUSED and when went back home with the child only to rush the child back to the hospital on Monday when the child became unconscious (the CCTV footage will be released soon). On the issue of oxygen and the hospital have both oxygen concentrators, oxygen cylinders and two standby generators. Why do people like to blame others for their mistakes. |
