last week Thursday and up til now the transaction hasn't

Hi all, last week; i had an horrible encounter with a disrespectful female staff of Ecobank; located @ under-Bridge, ikeja _ i left the bank angry; and thereafter, i came across this Ecobank Ombudsman contact, through a trend on Narialand; i called and report my ordeal wit bank staff; but interestingly; the Manager of the branch personally call me and apologies; and re-address my ATM issue.
