each file has the .Ksap as an extension, don't know what it means though.

I've learnt my lesson the hard way embarassed

Hello nlanders, I've been an active member of this platform, I had to create this new account for the sole purpose of this thread.

This evening, i tried working on my laptop but noticed all my files has been corrupted, both images and videos files weren't opening.

Please who can help me rectify what just happened to my files
