Im taking from experience here, many German companies already move to Russia since 2016
Over 10K companies already move to Russia.
Iran already increased their trade with Russia, Turkey and China.
Iran is using Russia and China Money system.
Iran don’t trade with EU but it has increased her trade with her Asia neighbours.
China controls the world market not USA or EU.

Sanctions are a very complex thing. It isn't a singular thing. Russia aren't under heavy sanctions currently. If you want to know what sanctions can achieve, check out Iran and North Korea. By the way, you posted misleading info. Russia isn't even in the world's top ten economies.
