This whole thing can work effectively if you have good knowledge of the ctr of other adsense aside the US alone.

I like your idea but how many youth would blogging as an alternative way of generating good money? Some may even think that you trying to redirect them to illegitimate business.
So, I would have preferred you create a thread and give a little expansion of blogging as a business and you can tell that 300 people could jump to 500.
