Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Monthly Net Salary Of Federal Government Ministries, departaments, Agencies And P by VeeVeeMyLuv(m): 6:08pm On May 05 |
newnig:What else do you want government to do? This 150k, 200k or 300k level 8 graduate entry level civil servants salary can only be enough for feeding only nowadays. That's why they readily eagerly engage in sharp corrupt practices at the slightest opportunity in their offices in order get more money to be able to properly cater for their family. So you want salary to remain the same while prices of goods and services continue to increase gallop upward exponentially across board? Are you saying only rich upper class in our society deserves to exist. Going by your analogy you will end up completely wiping off the lower and the middle class 7 Likes |

There is a very terrible habit lately with active connivance of govt officials, they ensure that the system is very inefficient thereby creating problems, then they take advantage of the bad situation they created as capitalists and profiteer from it at the expense and detriment of the hapless masses. |

(NERC) has adjusted the price of a single phase meter from N58,661.69 to N81,975.16. It also adjusted the price of three phase meter from N109,684.36 to N143,836.10. The adjustments were contained in the ORDER NO: NERC/2024/040 NERC said the Meter Asset Providers ( (MAPs) and Local Meter Manufacturers Associations (LMMAs) have requested a further review of meter prices in consideration of significant changes in NGN/USD foreign exchange rate and inflation rate since the last price review in September 2023 and the significant changes in these macroeconomic variables has constrained their ability to supply meters at the approved regulated price. Did you also care to find out the current state of purchasing power? |
