I would advise you choose miva, as the only time you would ever need to go out is when you want to write exam.

Do you know that dollar mutual funds has the highest Net Asset Value (NAV) at 46.68%, followed by Money Market Funds with 34.93%.

It's funny when you consider the fact that our local currency is Naira.

The only challenge now is no one knows when rates will drop and what it will drop to. Certainty aids financial planning. I don’t think we will ever see rates peak this high again after this bubble. We can only hope CBN will maintain this high MPR….

Rate will surely drop i don't think CBN can afford the interest its paying on its debt much longer.

Dollar funds are in the medium-risk investment category. The capital invested is not guaranteed compared to MMF.
The reason is that the underlying asset of the dollar fund is eurobonds which have some form of volatility - it's price dependent ie the price can go up or otherwise hence the value of your investment fluctuates with the price movement, hence professionally it's advised for investors wishing to invest in dollar fund to think long term because at the long run, you are sure to have hedge your funds against inflation or devaluation of local currency and in the process gain some interest on the fund invested.

Please note that it's not volatile like stocks so the probability of losing your money is close to zero.

I prefer signing an agreement with a construction company or bank to build a house. Save up your Money when is time to build your house. Take a vacation with in six months u would have gone far any vacation u have come again round it up

If you are an independent contractor, then you do not need to pay tax (except income tax).

When it comes to invoices, very simple go online and look for a invoice template and customize it to you liking. If you are paid hourly put how many hours you work and your rate, routing number, back account number etc and you are good to go.

If you plan to japa to EU countries (North Europe) and sponsor yourself make sure your invoice tallies with your transaction history - it makes it less stressfully and easier.
