I've gone past this already, even yesterday on a separate thread I still made my stance.
Rule 9 clearly states that DO NOT USE NAIRALAND FOR ILLEGAL ACTS. Now we have people creating sites and scripts to aid these fraudsters carry out their illegal activities and I'm supposed to fold my hands and watch it happen? Tell me what a legitimate business person wants to use peer to peer script for, or a bank clone script or a bitcoin investment script if not to dupe people. And you call the people selling such innocent business men? How are they different from the people that supply guns to armed robbers? They're are all criminals, and will be given the same penalty fraudsters are given on the forum.
Majority of the posts Venbobo calls my attention a lot are guilty of rules 9, 18 and 19, so I don't need any evidence to before taking action. You people keep accusing him of scam without a shread evidence and you expect me to jump in and ban him just like that? If you have evidence on how he scammed anyone, kindly bring it forward and I'll take it up from there. If not drop this matter already. If you want to keep selling scripts to aid scam, kindly go to another platform not Nairaland.
This is my final stand on this matter. Anybody that derails this thread further will get banned. I have never called out anyone that was not guilty..Thank you |

I know you have the power to do and undo here, so keep banning innocent people because someone without any evidence called your attention.
I don't sell any peer to peer scripts. What I did was create a thread to resell some WordPress themes I bought from themeforest.net. So he had to label me a scammer probably because he sell themes too, and I ended up getting banned by you which was not fair.
I'm not teaching you how to do your job, I'm just telling you to take it easy and to properly investigate before going on a banning spree. I wouldn't be surprised if I get banned for this, cos that is what you do anyway.
