Evolution is part of our genetic coding, but in my opinion, life on earth here was influenced by Extraterrestrial species with advanced technology...

When God banished Cain with a curse to keep wandering round the world, Cain told God that the "people" in the world will antagonize him when they see him . Who are these people that Cain was referring to despite being told that only Adam, Eve, Cain and Seth were the only ones existing? If we were to go by our religious books, the number of the people on earth at the time Cain killed Abel should not be more than 4 . The funny part is the migration of people from sahara , imagine this happened 300 years ago, and parents didn't even tell their children...
I have aged people in my village who are more than 100 years old, how would they not have known this from their parents who would have probably have first hand accounts of this massive migration...

To upgrade your consciousness you don't need to meet anyone for guidance. You are an eternal soul occupying a physical body. You were previously a 5th dimensional being. All the guidance you need is deep within you.

Once you have overcome these fleshly desires, try to shower selfless love and kindness to everyone around you, including animals, whilst retreating occasionally to nature and meditating.
