And the fact that NIGERIA is non-religious, non-secular means that election of leaders cannot be done using national character. Go and speak to your lawyers if you don’t understand. Go and read the section of electoral laws and tell me if federal character is mentioned in it. Do you have ability to think? Do you think any law can prescribe how many Muslims or Christians must be elected into government? That can never be prescribed. Those sections you quoted are talking about composition of government which includes ministers and special advisers. Not elected officials. The electoral laws covers the election of officials, not general provisions like this.

You guys keep displaying your stupidity...the electoral laws are subject to the Nigerian constitution.
