No fewer than 35 students of Osun State College of Education, Ilesa in Osun state were allegedly arrested this morning on 3rd June, 2019 at the main gate of the institution.

Fulcrum Times NG had earlier reported that some students of this college protested on Tuesday, May 28th 2019 over the death of four students of this college and in a letter signed by the Public Relation Officer of the college, Ojolo Olusegun stated that management have resolved that students should go on mid-semester break as a result of the protest.

A reliable source who prefers to remain anonymous within the college confirmed the arrest of these students and told Nairaland news that management of the college connived with the Divisional Police Officer, Ayeso Police Station, Ilesa to arrest, molest and intimidate innocent students at the main gate of the college.

Police brought nine (9) vehicles to the college and commenced the arrest, molestation and dumping of students into these vehicles and transported them to Osogbo. Some of these students were beaten and harassed by police officers, he told Fulcrum Times NG.

They arrested close to 35 students of the college while former student leaders of the college were harassed and arrested too. The speaker of the Students’ Union Government, Comrade Valentino was arrested, Former SUG President of the college, Comrade Alalade Felix was also arrested and Com. Awowole Samuel (AWOSAM), student leader, Former NANS Chairman, Osun state axis and many students leaders of the college, our source told our reporter.

A 300 level student of Biology Education of this college who spoke with our reporter also confirmed this incident and stated that there is still ongoing mass arrest within the college and environments.

“On May 28th, 2019, students came out enmasse to protest undemocratic styles of running the college by Prof. Kola Kazeem led management and other demands of the protesting students are; Abolition of new fee increament . The students also frown at fee like ICT, Entrepreneurship, medical, NHIS and others because management didn’t provide expected services.

Most of these innocent students arrested were in the college for different purpose apart from academics but they were molested and had been transferred to an unknown location.

Fulcrum Times NG tried all possible efforts to reach the PRO of the college, Dean of the college and officials of NANS at zone and axis levels but they were not reachable as at the time of writing this news story.

This generation did all they could for the coming generation to have a save *landing and a fertile land *. This could be trace to awolowo free education in Nigeria , scholarship and bursary for students in ensuring education *is for all and not for some* and many of the *oppressor, tyrant and Dictators in this generation we are now happens to be a beneficiary of the effort of this notable leaders*

THE generation we are now is a generation which took and actually has the form of new colonialism and oppression *"Neo- colonialism"*. The government don't give the electorate what they demand but a cajole to make fool of them when election is at the corner again , the employer suffer the employee with their salaries or even denies them their employment benefits all in the name of covetousness and greediness, the boss delay their apprentice for their own business to continually grow without any concern for the apprentice future, the administrator of an institution or organization exploit the people under such institution or organization all in the name of *I'm in charge* and further to use administrative and governmental power to suppress the people under them when they try to check against the administration inadequacy.

Here we are in OSUN STATE COLLEGE OF EDUCATION ILESHA were the tyrant and Autocrat proff. *KOLAWOLE KAZEEM * is sitting on the helms of administration in exploiting, victimizing and molesting Nigeria students for his covetous and dis-satisfactory interest and still use his unlawful influence to give fake information to the world and suffer anyone or group checking his lawless act.

We are the acclaimed leadership of tomorrow, but presently in blackout and wilderness wandering helplessly and hopelessly to survive from the hardship the stone - hearted administrator proff. kolawole Kazeem labayo has put us in. It is a dismay to all Nigeria students OSCOEDITE In particular if the student in this generation can be *cultured, discipline and well mannered* to use the steps/keys in Aluta "Consultation,Consolidation & Confrontation" adequately and sufficiently in registering our plights and grievance ranging from unbeneffiting NHIS, MEDICAL, ENTREPRENEURIAL AND ICT FEES for three consecutive session among other Satanic polices of the Management To the extent of *SUSPENDING AND PROSCRIBING OF STUDENTS UNION BODIES* all in the name of actualizing and achieving all their Barbaric and unlawful polices without any interference or questioning even to the level of conniving with the police authority to Arrest more than *35 of our colleagues * yesterday 3rd of June 2019 all in the name of achieving their satanic interest which is against the will of God and man .

We hereby call on institutions , individuals, agencies and sincere Government parastatals to please come to our AIDS as a matter of urgency and with immediate alacrity so that righteous soul wil not be denied of justice in this generation we find ourselves as our arrested colleagues are still in police custody SIB OSOGBO since yesterday.
