That in itself takes some level of responsibility to be able to do especially in the face of peer pressures and social distractions, else, even 1m monthly will feel like 10k to our wards. Off campus accommodation. Just a regular degree like economics or accounting. Nothing expensive or prolonged like medicine and architecture. So the question is based in an average at today's current state. Rent is NOT included. Just regular pocket money for feeding, occasional transport, small daily purchases. Just regular day to day living cost. |
Hi Fam, What will be considered an adequate Mo thly pocket money for an undergraduate in a Nigerian tertiary institution today? Whether university or polytechnic or college of education? The expectation is to cook every now snf then and will be given food stuffs periodically.
