ISIS has been painted as a fundamentalist Islamic, terrorist, organization which the United States is dedicated to destroying. Yet, all evidence points to this organization being an Obama administration joint creation of MOSSAD and the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency), a CIA sister intelligence agency working for the Department of Defense. The evidence for this is convincingly presented in an article by Makia Freeman. Immediately below, a summary of the evidence given in the Freeman article is presented and supplemented by other items that point to the same conclusion.

1. A DIA document from 2012 outlined the fundamental concept of ISIS as a means of destabilizing Syria.
2. ISIS and Israel have never launched an attack against each other.
3. The matching fleets of Toyota luxury SUVs used by ISIS in its earliest warfare can be shown, in some cases, to have been purchased in the United States.
4. ISIS, from the beginning, has had professional English social media skills, skills which don't match their origins.
5. The first ISIS related videos from 2014 came from an Israeli organization.
6. The first ISIS supreme leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, was rumored in the 2010s to have been a MOSSAD trained agent born to a Jewish father and mother. Though now claimed to have been eliminated and then buried at sea, no evidence was ever presented to verify this. Hollywood script writers? Who knows?
7. Julian Assange leaks show that before 2011 the United States was planning the destabilization of the government of Syria, by playing on Sunni Muslim sensitivities to Iran's growing influence.
8. In spite of big military funding, American forces never defeated ISIS. It was only after Russia intervened, that ISIS was neutralized.
9. Even today, ISIS is used as an excuse for the need to fund the war against terrorism, even though it is no longer an effective military organization.
10. Saudi Arabia has not intervened in Southern Yemen to eliminate ISIS from the territories ISIS controls, resulting in non-Ansar Allah controlled South Yemen being now in 2024 divided into three regions, one of which is Saudi controlled and the others ISIS and Al Qaeda.
11. ISIS also is allowed to operate with Turkish cooperation in Northern Syria and some of its fighting men have been recruited by a Turkish paramilitary company to guard Turkish economic interests in the Sahel.
12. In South Yemen and elsewhere, ISIS and its sister organization Al Qaeda function as participants in arms smuggling and related matters. This implies money laundering which implies intelligence community cooperation.
13. Two Israeli authors in an interview some years ago claimed that ISIS, as an acronym, also stood for "Israeli Secret Intelligence Service". Whether serious or not, acronyms are not a part of Arabic language tradition.
14. This year, trolls and bots claiming to represent ISIS in Gaza have been targeting individuals who support pro-Palestinian Telegram channels, engaging the unsuspecting individuals in dialog. Soon after, law enforcement agencies of the countries in which these individuals live are alerted, resulting in police harassment.

So, to sum things up. The last point listed above, as evidence, seems to be the clincher. ISIS looks like, feels like, and smells like an Israeli-American joint venture, created to do evil, to undertake intelligence agency dirty work, and now to act as a honey pot. To anyone contacted by someone connected to ISIS, you should assume that you are being intelligence-agency targeted, not because you are important, but because the random targeting of people is the best way to create fear.
