🇹🇷⚔🇺🇸The war in Syria continues: columns of jihadists travel to Deir ez-Zor and storm Manbij

▪️After the fall of Assad’s power in Syria, militants from Tahrir al-Sham and Turkish gangs entered the coastal cities of Latakia, Jabla, Banias and Tartus, which were previously strongholds of Damascus supporters.

▪️In northern Syria, Turkish-backed militants continue fighting for Manbij against the Kurds. According to the latest data, the Al-Arimah region has fallen, and now fighting continues in Manbij and its suburbs. Turkish drones actively support gang operations. Kurdish special forces clear Manbij and claim to have killed dozens of jihadists.
▪️In eastern Syria, the areas of Deir ez-Zor, Mayadin and Abu Kamal are still under the control of the pro-American Syrian Democratic Forces. Columns of pro-Turkish militants are heading towards them.
▪️In southern Syria, the Israeli army took advantage of the situation and invaded Syria, occupying the areas of Quneitra and around Khan Arnbeh, as well as the strategic height of Jabal al-Sheikh. Of course, Israel’s advance in Syria will not end there, writes IswNews.

[b]❗️Now that Damascus has fallen, what does this mean for Russia?

One practical issue is the Central Asian jihadists.

What will happen to the many thousands of Central Asian jihadists? Mostly Uzbeks, Tajiks and Uyghurs, will they stay in Syria? Will they attempt to go home? Or will they be prepared for use in another area, presumably Russia?

As , the Central Asian countries should be seriously re-evaluating their relationship with their "big brother" Turkey. Erdogan has an army, thousands?, tens of thousands?, of Central Asian militants who are held to Turkey and violently opposed to their regimes, especially in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, bit also the other Central Asian countries.Instability in Central Asia means instability for Russia.

But even more important, these militants are also violently opposed to Russia.

And we mustn't forget the Chechens who are part of this HTS mercenary group. Some were fighting in Ukraine where they learned modern military craft, including the use of drones. which they have been imparting to their Central Asian "brothers".

Do we have any doubts that the Anglo overlords of HTS would love to unleash these forces on Russia? In Ukraine? A new front in Central Asia? In the Caucasus?

Or will these Uzbek and Tajik jihadists be infiltrated as "workers" into Russia to act as terrorist cells?

US official: Syria is a rich and diverse country, and there should be a role for all minorities and ethnic groups.

Opposition groups must work together and respect the rule of law.

Our focus is on the new Syria, which means moving from an interim governance structure to a transitional council of sorts.

Our presence in Syria is important to the security of the Syrian Democratic Forces and the groups we work with.

[b]❗️ IMPORTANT: The situation at Russian military bases in Syria, the latest information directly from the field

1. Against the background of the complete collapse of public administration and the de facto coming to power in Syria of, as it is now “fashionable” to say, the armed opposition (no, already), the question arises with the Russian group located at the air base in Khmeimim and the port of Tartus.

Thus, with the appearance of HTS* units in the province of Latakia, including in the city of Tartus, all Russian military installations were put on full combat readiness.

2. Despite reports of the alleged evacuation of our naval base, everyone remains in place, or rather: both sailors and ships. The same is true at the Khmeimim airbase.

3. And although representatives of the “new government” say that military bases and official Russian institutions will remain safe, the increased alert regime has not yet been canceled, since in Syria itself there is now a long way to go to calm. The main thing: there are no discussions about curtailing the Russian military mission in the Syrian Arab Republic at the moment.
