A Kuwaiti newspaper reveals 3 terms of a prisoner exchange deal and a ceasefire in Gaza. The new proposal talks about three stages that will end the war that has been ongoing since October 7, 2023, and lead to a near-complete settlement in the Gaza Strip that includes a complete Israeli withdrawal from the Strip. The proposed deal includes a ceasefire, the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Rafah crossing, and the release of all living Israeli prisoners and abductees in Gaza in exchange for the release of three thousand Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons, three hundred of whom are serving long sentences determined by Tel Aviv. Stipulates the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Netzarim axis, the exchange of the majority of the bodies of the kidnapped Israelis and the bodies of Hamas leaders held by Israel, and the exit of the movement’s militants from Gaza through the Rafah crossing to Egypt, with the beginning of the entry of forces from the Palestinian National Authority, reinforced by Arab and international forces, into the Strip... Stipulates the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Philadelphi Corridor and the northern Gaza Strip, the completion of the entry of reinforced PA forces into the Strip, and the exchange of the remaining bodies between the two sides, including the body of Sinwar, who was recently killed by Israel in the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah during an exchange of fire.
