every year i hear how arsenal are the team to lose out from the top four spot, and every season, we do one better, and an over rated team instead takes "our place". Last year it was liverpool, this year its chelsea!, smh with all the money being splashed out by our rivals, isnt it shocking how arsenal still competes?, what a football model the gunners have

Spare me the lecture about how good the current Super Eagles are - they aren't that good. They have massive potential but that potential is yet to be met. It's high time we start being realistic about this current crop of Eagles and start aligning our expections to meet reality.

You don't expect Nigeria to take some virtually unknown and untested goalie to face one of the more recognisable footballing nations and steam-roll them, just because we are the Super Eagles. Even Brazil find it difficult against Colombia, sometimes.

The passing is weak, the midfield is weak, the goal keepin at times is not comfortable, i will be even more angry if nigeria scores because this team does not deserve anything from this match. what a waste

you are forgetting that the only reason spurs exist is to prove that they could be equally as good as Arsenal. They shop for players just to win against arsenal, and not the league. So while we will be playing our ever wonderful football, the spuds would be trying to tell who ever cares to listen that they have a walcott in their team in the person of lennon, Vela in the person gomes, Adebayor in the person of pavyuchenko etc. But they would learn hard how weak and lame their attempts will be.

i don't know but i would like to see a 4-5-1 formation tomorrow, because i think we are strongest when we use that formation. We are more defensively compact, and with the skills and pace of our players we are equally deadly upfront. I think the fall of spurs tomorrow would be that they would want to show how equally skillful their players are, while we will be ready to play football.
