You are right. The country representative did the UKVI registration and later sent me the CAS.
I have gotten my Visa now, thanks.

I am going to South Wales too this September. CAS has been issued but school refused to send to me insisting that the country representative would be the one to apply for the visa on my behalf. Is this normal for University of South Wales?
