Skrill already asked him what he uses his skrill account for, his relationship with his buyer etc

And he must have naively replied skrill that he renders services online..

That's why skrill sent the mail in the screenshot below asking for direct URLs to websites where his services are advertised..

Too bad he never expected such reply from skrill cos he's still a newbie..

Skrill gives 24hrs to provide such links and when you fail to do so or provide fake links.. They automatically block your account.

So Dealership, you're the one that fvcked your skrill account..

secondly, immediately skrill remove the restriction, you should have refund before withdrawing to your bank account, which skrill will be very happy to do so
