Regarding jamb registration number, I applied for direct entry during my ND days in wch I was given a jamb registration number. Now that I want to apply for DE with my HND, will still use the same registration number that was given to me den?

Hello house, graduated from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic from Electrical Electronic Engineering department with a distinction at HND level nd also finished serving last year. My question now is how and what do I need to apply for direct entry into the department of Electrical Electronic Engineering in UI? Thanks
