Filling in this form and make sure to finish the Introduction to Cybersecurity Course and its challenges on "cybertalents.com/learn".

2) Assessment:
Choosing the top students from stage 1 who showed a high level of commitment in attending the Introductory course and promote them to stage 3.

3) Specialized Bootcamps:
Chosen students will be divided into two groups to receive free specialized training for 2 months boot camps on one of the below topics:
- Penetration Testing
- Incident Response

4) Hiring:
Limited numbers of participants will receive opportunities to get hired by companies.

I think Microsoft also started Microsoft Ignite for 2021. Similar to the one I posted 3 or 4 months ago where you can sign up, take courses and earn a free voucher towards some exams.

There are different learning path and models. Depends on what interests you.
