@OP this land to doesn't look firm enough to me to withstand the pressure of two storey building on pad footing sizes I am seeing. Do u have a structural drg, was any soil test conducted? Can u pls share with us basis for the choice of fdn u are adopting? Just curious and only wanting to learn more always. Tx

Good Job you are doing here. Please can any of the 5 bedroom duplexes fit into a space of 70 *80 ft with ample space for up to 4 cars? Again, can the 5 bedroom bungalow on 50*80ft be converted to a 5 bedroom duplex to fit 70*80 ft with same space as the bungalow?
