Please I have a plot which is trapezoidal in shape and I am considering putting up student hostel with shops in front but I am having problems figuring out the best way to make effective use of space while also delivering something decent and cost effective.

It's actually supposed to be low-cost self-contained apartments on a one-storey building with toilet/bathroom and a wardrobe ensuite. Kitchen may either be ensuite or set-up on the balcony(top floor) or veranda (ground floor).

What do you suggest.

Vicmoore, Can a plot measuring 50 * 100 ft take in a four bedroom bungalow, parking for 2 suvs, and a tiny garden (the garden is very important).
Secondly do you have designs for people that love windows...not just conventional square rectangle windows, but other shapes, maybe arched at the top and bottom, or maybe at the sides.

A four bedroom bung. Can equally suit in a 50x100 plot with ample parking space...and also adequate space for garden if properly suited and for designs for d love of windows I don't have such on my file but can work out somthing good..
