There are many estates in Lagos state called Fashola estate but in reality they are not named after Fashola..There is Enahoro estate in Ogba, Theres another one in ibeshe ikorodu, igbogbo in ikorodu, ilupeju..These estates all have similar designs and were built when Fashola was governor

Ensure you have Google maps.
You can avoid all holdups from sabo garage down to agric.... They can be avoided forever and you will not miss any appointment in Ikeja or ikoyi IF YOU ARE Driving.

It will frustrate you. Don't go there. I recommend that you find like a friend or an hotel you can stay for two days and examine the difficulties of going in and out of the city.

Most who stay there end up living after years of frustrations. I want to help you avoid that.

Thanks dear, I deduce from your answer that this kind of hold up issue is only when moving in and out of ikorodu, so I should expect lesser or no traffic if am moving around just within ikorodu.

The holdup is troubling o. You will have problems going out. Why not get an apartment around Ojota or Ojodu Berger

You can move to Elepe, Ikorodu, stable power supply, good road all the way, the inner street road may not be all that though, tight security as well and I can link you up with agents for your property search.

You want to have all of these? Where I stayed in Ikorodu, there's a stable electricity, good internet ( you might need to test all networks sha) , low crime, security is tight but bad road ....
