On the 9th on May, i decided to advertise online, so i get across the sun online news portal, i saw the same banner ad i directed you to. So on the 11th of may, i payed into the UBA account of Neticash, so my neticash account can be funded, so i can be able to pay Sun, then sun can place my advert on Sun, since that was what the advert on their website reads.
Could you believe that Neticash did not fund my account not until 22nd of May, while he gave an excuse even i stupid person will not accept.
Meanwhile, before my Neticash account was funded, i had to call Uche of Sun explained to him what happened.

Uche claimed that, neticash is just an agent to them, that it is even usually difficult for him to get through to him. Which implies, Uche of Sun can not even give confidence to customers on to advertise on the website or not.

I thought it was over when my account was funded, i quickly placed the advert, could you believe that till date i cant not see my advert on sun news online.

I called Sun again that my advert should be running by now, since i have paid you with Neticash, Uche told me that they have not heard anything from Neticash concerning my order.
