1. Can one fill a fresh DS-160 application after scheduling his appointment? I want to effect some changes and reschedule the appointment.
2. Will this action in Q1 above result to paying another visa fees?
3. Is it possible to retain the same already scheduled date of interview after effecting the changes on DS-160?
