I want to apply to RPI and Virginia Tech they said they can accept an unofficial student transcript in the online admission process and once the students admission decision have been made and he is successfully he can submit the official copy of the transcript.

I have a 3.2/5.0 GPA, when the WES evaluation is done can my GPA be 3.0/4.0 scale.
If I score very high in the GRE like a 330, will I be considered admission and funding?

I'm scared that I won't be shortlisted to write the exam, the my JPEG less than 50kb scan i uploaded was not clear, will I be considered or did any one experienced the same fate as me.
